Please check the batch number on the base of the teapot. If the batch number is 0152/23 or 0427/23, the teapot needs to be recalled.

Do I have to return the teapot?

The teapot will need to be destroyed. Please contact Play Imports to arrange the return. Play Imports will pay for all postage costs associated with the return.

How do I get my refund?

Once the product has been returned, Play Imports will provide you with a full refund.

Can I take the item back to the shop where I purchased it and get a refund there?

Yes, if it is more convenient. You will need to contact us first so we can organise this.

I was given this item as a gift. What do I do?
